I want to try something different, to do clouds realistic. I have painted mountains, colour blending trees. I like making colour to real and realistic- trees, and ground and water and waves or ocean- that comes to my mind. I go to Florida, to Orlando to see the ocean and water and waves and clouds.
Andre Lanthier has been with H’Art studio for seven years. His artistic practice is largely based on an exploration of colour, texture, and depth of field in landscape painting. As his technique grew, be began concentrating on details, sometimes only seen under a magnifying glass. An example of this is seen best in Cloud of Spring Blue Sky. Although Lanthier is quite accomplished, he bravely sets new goals for his practice. In Morning Of Cloudy Sky he widened his usual colour palette and painted more loosely, exploring colour to create depth of field to see what could happen beyond the classic landscape techniques of diminishing size and shading.
