Cathy Mullen is a researcher, artist and professor of art education. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Superior, and Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Art Education from The Pennsylvania State University. In 1983 she immigrated to Canada, and worked at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec as Associate Professor of Art Education. She retired in 2009.
