Me Ma Mo, 2014 The choir is singing Mi Ma Mo with their arms up. The bird is singing with a tulip on its head. They feel good when they sing. I’m in a choir and I like to sing. Bright colours make me feel good. Elizabeth Conway is a singer who is also drawn to the linear and graphic expressions of visual art. A bird accompanies the women in the choir, and we can feel the emphatic delivery of their song. Much like the wild bird that has been drawn to their thrilling sound, the force of their concentration and devotion to the music enthralls us. The repeated motifs underscore the power of the singers’ voices.
