Due to unforeseen circumstances, Don't Drink, Don't Breathe by Ruth Cuthand, is postponed until later this year. In its place we are pleased to present Paper Thin.
Gallery 101 extends our thanks to Vicky Avramopolous, François Cambé and Sandra Haar for their flexibility and willingness to participate in this curatorial experiment that began with the flimsiest of concepts: works on paper. We invite you to join our round table discussion with the artists at the opening of Paper Thin to talk about the connections, differences, and directions suggested by the various ways in which these artists use paper to express social and environmental concerns.
Gallery 101 gratefully acknowledges the City of Ottawa, the Ontario Arts Council (an agency of the Government of Ontario) and the Canada Council for the Arts. Gallery 101 thanks the Asinabka Festival, our members, volunteers, partners, and all our relations.
