    Tanya Lukin Linklater (North Bay) with Stefan St-Laurent, Emily Law: the the, 2pm

    the the is based on investigations of text from Lukin Linklater's memories of girlhood within the complexities of race, gender and poverty in America in the 80's. 

    Debajehmujig: Nanabozho: How the Turtle Got His Shell, 3:15pm , a Nanabush short story 

    Roundtable, 4pm: Issues facing artists, curators and artist-run centres in Northern Ontario

    Presented in association with the NAC's Ontario Scene, North of the 45th looks at the diversity of artistic practices and voices from Northern Ontario. From drawing to ceramics to video to performance, these works dismantle stereotypical notions of regional identity by offering complex and thoughtful expressions of the relationships that connect land, memory, and history.
